Preparations are well underway for the 2018 Bowen Island People, Plants and Places Tour (PPP) that takes place on Saturday July 21st and Sunday July 22nd . The success of this event depends on the outstanding volunteers who enable everyone to enjoy a magical summer weekend.
Your assistance is needed in many areas:
pre-tour preparation ● site supervision and reception
traffic and parking supervision ● ticket takers ● garden hosts
I hope that you will be able to help with this year’s tour. There is a morning shift from 9:30 – 1:00 and an afternoon shift from 12:30 – 4pm each day. Please print and fill out this form (PPP 2016 Volunteer Application) and bring it to the Museum & Archives or email the information to email@example.com.

Tour tickets for volunteers are available for a reduced price ($10.00). Please complete the ticket order form for both your volunteer ticket and regular tickets and return it with your volunteer form.
Your volunteer package and tickets will be ready for pick up at the Museum and Archives, 1014 Miller Rd (Seniors Lane side of building upstairs) from Saturday July 14th to Friday July 20th between 10am – 4 pm.
Proceeds from the tour go to support the work of the Bowen Island Museum and Archives.
